Apparentlymobile Tree Service
What to expect and what to ask

How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who will you actually talk to?

You will talk to an independent local tree provider. Apparentlymobile Tree Service is the connector, not the contractor. We do not list staff or crews because the work is done by the providers in our network, each running their own business.

What happens on the first call?

Expect a few simple questions. The provider will want to know where you live, what kind of tree it is, how tall it looks, and what it stands near. Photos help if you can take them from a safe distance.

Then the provider may offer a visit or a rough range over the phone. Final pricing usually needs a look at the tree. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability and ask about timing.

What should you ask a provider?

A good conversation starts with good questions. Try these:

  • Are you licensed and insured as local rules require?
  • Will you give me a written quote before work begins?
  • Does the price include stump grinding, cleanup and hauling?
  • How will you protect my roof, fence and lawn?
  • What part of this job, if any, can I safely help with?
  • If the tree is down after a storm, can you handle storm tree clearance?

Write the answers down. Comparing two or three quotes side by side makes the choice much easier.

Where can you safely help?

You can often move small brush, clear the work area, and keep kids and pets inside. The cutting, climbing and rigging belong to the pro. Ask first, cut later.

You stay in control

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask questions, request a written estimate, and say no thanks. You choose who does the work and when. If a provider cannot take your job, tell us and we can point you toward another one in the network.
